On the whole you really have to conclude that WWE 2k14 is just a very glitchy game. It is mostly always down to animation and object detection issues, and while it can be frustrating, it can also be incredinly funny and incredibly odd. The above video from Games Dungeon brings together several of the best animation glitches in the game, celebrating the weird and the wonderful of WWE 2K14's many, many glitches. Other reports of glitches involve floating objects, wrestlers being able to walk in the air above the ring, flames staying in the air after a 'flaming table' has been smashed and commentary saying random things if not vanishing completely. Perhaps the ultimate WWE 2K14 glitch wasn't even in the game, it was actually a real life occurence at the WWE 2K14 symposium event where WWE ambassador Ric Flair turned up severely drunk and proceeded to babble on for an hour about random drinking adventures. Moderator Jim Ross allowed it to happen, and with WWE none too impressed, he left not long later. Crucially, none of the glitches actually compromise the quality of the game.
