4. The Rock vs. Hollywood Hulk Hogan
Better known as the "Icon vs Icon", this match between The Rock and "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan took place at WrestleMania 18 in 2002. Yet another legendary main event featuring Hulk Hogan following his many clashes at the pay-per-view with the likes of Andre The Giant, Ultimate Warrior and Sgt. Slaughter, this one was as good as any rivalry that came before it. The Rock, despite being billed as the "face" or the "good guy", found that the Canadian crowd cheered on the Hulkster instead, much to everyone's surprise. However, those in attendance could not buoy Hogan on to victory over the People's Champion. After a closely-contested match, The Rock delivered Two Rock Bottoms and a People's Elbow before winning the bout. After leaving the ring, The Rock returned to save Hogan from attack after former NWO members Kevin Nash and Scott Hall ran into the ring to deliver a post-match beatdown. As a sign of respect, the two shook hands, thereby turning the Hulkster "face" again and rekindling his relationship with the thousands upon thousands of 'Hulkamaniacs' out there.
