WWE 2K15: 10 Key Questions 2K Need To Answer

9. Will We See A Collector's Edition Dedicated To Ultimate Warrior?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXm1UvAWGjo When 2K teased their first announcement trailer at E3, which included little more than imagery from the superstars poster that was simultaneously unveiled at the company's booth at the expo, the most intriguing element, as seen in the video above was the dedication message that ran before the teaser. The eagle-eyed fans will notice that the character model used is a render from 2K14, but there's a possibility that Warrior hadn't yet been motion captured for the upcoming game at the time of his death, prompting that decision. It seems likely, no matter what that he will be brought in as one of the playable legends - unlike Mick Foley who seems to have distanced himself from inclusion over a pay dispute. So, we know the game is dedicated to Warrior, at least pre-release, but quite whether that will translate into the game remains to be seen; it is a more than reasonable assumption, especially given Warrior's importance to the history of sports entertainment. And the most likely suggestion would be for the collector's edition to be an Ultimate Warrior edition that includes more costumes, alternate players and more content generally for those who opt for paying a higher cover price.
