This year's release will feature a mode called 2K Showcase that recreates some of the greatest feuds from WWE history. The first, and definitely most iconic feud to be featured will be the feud between Shawn Michaels and his DX co-founder, Triple H. These two men have a long history going back almost 20 years. They've spent more time on the same side of the ring, but their matches against each other have been epic battles between two of the best wrestlers in WWE history. Gamers will be able to play through some of their most brutal matches like the Street Fight from SummerSlam 2002, the Elimination Chamber match from Survivor Series 2002, Thee Stages of Hell from Armageddon 2002 and the Last Man Standing match from Royal Rumble 2004. With the graphics we have already seen from the trailers, this new feature for telling stories will be a major selling-point to the game. This is supposed to be a more immersive experience than previous career mode features. The only new feuds to be added through DLC later on will be Randy Orton vs. Christian and two journeys through The Ultimate Warrior and Mark Henry's best matches. Hopefully 2K Sports and WWE plan on adding even more feuds throughout the year, because this feature sounds like too much fun to stop there.
