WWE 2K16 Review: 5 Ups And 5 Downs You Need To Know About

The Downs...

5. No Four Horsewomen

Let's get the biggest gripe out of the way first, shall we? I could accept there being no Four Horsewomen in the game if 2K's reasoning was at all logical. However, it isn't. The powers that be have cited in many interviews that the reason behind four of the hottest entities in the company at the moment not making the game in any sort or form is down to timing. You'll notice that much of the game is up to date from around WrestleMania time early this year - in fact, all sorts of scannings for the new game took place backstage at Mania - and the reason Sasha, Bayley, Charlotte and Becky didn't make it was down to the fact that none of them had made their main roster debuts yet... Why then, 2K, has Samoa Joe - a man who made his NXT debut in June - been made available as part of the Future Stars Pack? Why couldn't we have had a women's wrestling DLC? In terms of their respective work for WWE at least, all Four Horsewomen's achievements outweigh the former TNA Superstar's by some distance. The whole thing makes very little sense.
