4. Mortis
The late Chris Kanyon was one of the most underrated stars of the Attitude Era. After WCW was bought out by WWE, he was horribly misused, cast as Diamond Dallas Page's sidekick while DDP was routinely squashed by The Undertaker. After an injury led to an infection that almost killed him, Kanyon made a triumphant comeback to the ring, but WWE chose not to use him in any meaningful way.
In WCW, though, Kanyon was consistently entertaining. He wasn't just a great worker, but he played myriad gimmicks to great acclaim - whether he was parodying DDP as Positively Kanyon or working as an underling of Raven's in The Flock, he always delivered the goods.
One of his more unusual gimmicks, though, was the masked Mortis. A takeoff of Mortal Kombat characters alongside Wrath, Glacier, and Ernest Miller, Mortis wore a unique green outfit and intimidating skull mask. User S_Plant501 absolutely nailed the costume, recreating the character and the man that could have been used so much better.
