JBL is a great talker, both in terms of his in-ring mic skills and terrific commentary, but as a wrestler? Not so much. Aside from his hellacious clothesline he's really not much to talk about, but has had gimmicks well-suited to his personality that have given him a successful career regardless.

New Rating: 2K may appear obligated to give JBL an over-the-odds rating because he was a terrific heel in the mid-2000s, but let's remember he was really more of a rough brawler than anything. Tough, but not skilled in any technical sense. 78
