This is almost exactly the same issue as Kevin Nash: Hall's post-WWE character has a one-point lead over his effortlessly superior Razor Ramon character, putting him ahead of the brilliant likes of Kevin Owens (86), Sami Zayn (87), Samoa Joe (87), Cesaro (88), Finn Balor (88), Randy Orton (88) and many more already mentioned.
Few are going to argue against the fact that, as both Razor and Hall, he's a talented wrestler, but to see him pushed so high up simply because he was involved in an unforgettable angle is very peculiar indeed.
New Rating: He's always been a better wrestler than Nash, so Hall gets a respectable 86.
