6. British Bulldog

Even though he never managed to win the WWE Title, the British Bulldog is easily one of the best WWE superstars to never capture the strap, and in his prime was the epitome of incredible strength and conditioning.
83 is by no means a bad score, but it essentially says that he's on the same level as Sheamus (83) and Rikishi (83), and a lesser superstar than The Usos (84), The Miz (85), Cactus Jack (87) and JBL (87), all of which are just laughable.
New Rating: Bulldog was a world-class athlete even though he never got the plaudits to back it up. A strong 87.
