WWE 2K17: 10 Superstars Who Could Return To The Franchise
6. Carlito
Another sperstar that didn't reach his full potential on the main roster and, hopefully, a star who will rid The Shining Stars of their case of the bad gimmicks. I see potential in the pair. Having a heel Carlito leading them from the front just makes sense and should make Primo and Epico relevant for the first time since... forever, really.
Carlito has resurrected his career somewhat after being released by WWE for violating the company's wellness policy and refusing to attend a rehab facility for an addiction to painkillers. Over the last six years he's turned out for a string of independent promotions that might just be as long as my arm.
But having kept himself in great shape, and at the age of just 37 (I know, he should be much older than that shouldn't he?), he's undoubtedly got a few years at the very top level left in him.
I always loved Carlito. I hope he comes back and reaches the heights his work deserve. If he was to make a WWE comeback, 2K17 could be the first time we've seen him in the company's video game since SmackDown Vs. RAW 2011.
