Relative NXT newcomer Eric Young only landed in NXT in April, and that was too late for the scanners into the game, even if he had been considered for the NXT DLC additions. Judging by his popularity (which probably has more to it than how excellent the custom is), they should have considered him.
Added to his excellent look, he's also ranked at a pretty reasonable 80 too (despite ranking at 70 for everything), so he's at least more authentic than some of the other fan-baiting ones.
