Savage is another legend who will continue to stay at around the same level now that he's sadly not with us: any uplift would come with a special mode (perhaps a Legends Of WrestleMania game at some point?) and taking away points would undermine their rating's system. It's not like he's capable of changing his ability over the course of the year between games, after all.

90 is actually a little low for peak performance Savage, but again, it's a case of current trumping classic and aiming for the right balance between demographic and knowledge. In the grand scheme of things, 90 should still be about right.
