WWE 2K19: 10 Wrestlers 2K Should Showcase Next

8. Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar isn't going to be around WWE forever. His own desire to rekindle old MMA glories and continue fighting will limit his pro wrestling appearances, and there's never any guarantee that he's going to sign a contract extension when it comes around again.

It's not like the ex-Universal Champ needs the money.

If Brock is still in the frame next year, then he'd be a shrewd choice to fill the Showcase void. 2K's marketing fluff, like inviting fans to take a trip down memory lane as he built the foundations for 'Suplex City', writes itself, and he's another with a lot of history to revisit.

Title wins over The Rock, Kurt Angle, Bill Goldberg and more are all memorable, and so is his classic demolition of 'Taker's WrestleMania winning streak in 2014. Should 2K be interested in an exhaustive documentary, they could also tell the tale of what led to Lesnar's 2004 departure from WWE and how his 2012 comeback came about through some Paul Heyman-led talking head scenes.
