Of course, after shockingly retaining that prize over John Cena at WrestleMania XXVII, the real-life Mike Mizanin would then drop the WWE Title to Cena at that year's Extreme Rules PPV.
In addition to unlocking this 90-rated Miz, here you'll also unlock the WWE Championship design used between 2005 and 2013, plus you'll get the Raw arena which has that belt nicely on display at ringside.
