XBOX: 10 Best Games To Boost Your Gamerscore
5: Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie might possibly be the longest title to ever grace a video game box, but inside is one of the best blockbuster movie tie in games ever released. No one I know who saw the film was raving about how great it was (the 1976 version staring Jeff Bridges is much better) but the opposite is true of the game. And considering the plot is identical to the movie, it might be one of those rare examples where the game is much better than the film. Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie is a FPS mixed with some third person ape levels where you get to control the giant gorilla. The storytelling is nicely paced, the levels are well designed and even though you are mostly lead by the nose, it doesn't feel like it. Add to that the cast of the film providing all the in game voices, you have a pretty decent game that you can pick up for around £5.00. Annoying Achievement: None. They all unlock as you play through the game so unless you get stuck, you will have 1000 points added to score by the time you finish.
