10 Most Evil Horror Movie Scenes Ever

2. The Baby Eating Cannibal - Antropophagus (1980)

Let's turn our attention from twisted Japanese horror to Video Nasties, one of the most disturbing movements in all entertainment. But here's some advice - don't eat whilst reading this one.

Anthropophagus (also known as The Savage Island, The Grim Reaper, and many other names) tells the story of a group of tourists who encounter a savage cannibal. It's a cheap '80s Italian horror with plenty of gratuitous violence, but there's one sequence so grotesque it goes beyond the norm.

The scene in question features a pregnant woman dying at the hands of the cannibal villain. But, if you think killing a woman carrying a child is bad, oh boy, strap yourselves in. Whilst taking this innocent woman's life, the villain sticks his hand inside her and pulls the unborn baby out. He then proceeds to take a big bite.

What do you have to be smoking to get the urge to film something like that? It should come as no surprise that this scene landed in infamy. It was so horrendous that the film was even prosecuted under the Obscene Publications Act in the UK years after its release.
