20 Best Christmas Horror Movies You NEED To Watch
8. It's A Wonderful Knife
There are certainly better Christmas horror films on this list, but none with a title as ingeniously inspired as It's a Wonderful Knife.
An R-rated riff on It's A Wonderful Life, the film follows protagonist Winnie (Jane Widdop) as she is transported to a parallel universe where she was never born. The rub, though, is that Winnie was previously responsible for stopping the angelic serial killer terrorising her town, and so without her existence, said killer is free to keep running riot in this universe.
It's one hell of a fun concept and, while perhaps not living up to its full potential, delivers a bunch of solid kills and touts solid central performances, especially from Jane Widdop and Jess McLeod.
It feels like timey-wimey, universe-hopping slasher flicks are all the rage right now - between this, Totally Killer, and Time Cut in particular - and here's one to make you feel a little fuzzy with a side order of the red stuff.
