Heart Eyes is a fun mash-up of the rom-com and slasher flick, and has a few amusingly demented deaths to its name, none more unforgettable than those of frisky lovers Jordynn (Sol Maxwell) and Samm (Ruby Pledge).

The pair are going at it in the back of a van at a drive-in movie theater when the Heart Eyes Killer attacks, giving them no time at all to react or attempt an escape. Instead, Heart Eyes grabs a tire iron and shoves it through the mouth of Jordynn, who is flat on his back, before grabbing Sam and shoving her face-first into the other end of the tire iron.

This not only results in the grossest "now kiss" moment in cinema history, but when Samm springs back up from the attack, she's now shown to have a gaping hole in the back of her head, with the camera passing all the way through it and out of her mouth.

Disgusting, but awesome.
