10 Artists Who Could Headline Glastonbury 2015

3. Kate Bush

YoutubeYoutubeCurrent Odds: 8-1 In a move that rivalled Bowie's reappearance in 2013, Kate Bush shocked and delighted music lovers everywhere when she announced her first live dates since 1979 earlier this year. Bush will play 22 shows at the Eventim Apollo between August and October in 2014. Demand was so huge to see a genuine living legend that the entire Before The Dawn tour sold out in under 15 minutes. You can currently receive better odds on Bush announcing more shows outside of London than you can on her specifically playing Worthy Farm, but a return to live performance after 35 years marks a slim window of opportunity for Bush to play Glasto; With no festival in 2017, you would expect that if it were ever to happen, it would be either next year or 2016. With a figure as mercurial as Bush, it's impossible to predict her future activity with any degree of accuracy; will she fall out of love with live performing before the London residency even ends? Will it whet her appetite for more? Her late seventies shows were the stuff of legend for the sheer range of performances, set-lists and themes going on, and anybody with a sense of musical history has their fingers crossed that she has no other plans in June 2015.
