10 Artists Who Totally Ripped Off The Arctic Monkeys

2. Harry Styles

The influence of Arctic Monkeys on One Direction's own Harry Styles might come as a shock to some, but listen to "Fine Line" track "She" and decide for yourself.

Both in terms of musical style and lyrical content, "She" could have jumped straight off of "Humbug" or an Alex Turner side-project The Last Shadow Puppets record.

An obvious outlier even in Styles' genre-bending second solo record, "She" switches out that album's bubblegum pop for a desert rock-influenced track, with even Style's vocal delivery imitating Turner's.

Likely the most guitar-driven song in Styles' oeuvre, the dream-like psychedelic tones of "She" prove Styles is capable of much more than radio-friendly pop.

And while The Beatles and prog rock might have also played a hand in the writing of "She", Arctic Monkeys' influence is undeniable here. A bit out of place on a record that features "Watermelon Sugar" and "Adore You", there is definitely space for more songs like this in Harry Styles' discography.
