For the first two verses Action Bronson cleverly manages to brag and dump on his ex-lovers. Its grievance anger defiance and frustration all rolled into one. But Chance? Chance is a soft resentment, disinterested anger that’s only a half-assed attempt at concealing sadness. It’s funny smart and a perfect complement to the rest of the song.
