Spookiest Line: I can't fall back/go quick/this here is fatal attraction

Halloween is all about fear, and there's bound to be some arachnophobes at whatever party you're at on All Hallows Eve. Co-written by Katy Perry and intended for her album Prism, the song was cast aside when it didn't fit the self-empowerment vibe. Rather than let such a good song go to waste, it was handed over to Iggy Azalea and made its way onto her debut album The New Classic.

With some help from Rita Ora, Azalea made Black Widow a big hit in the summer of 2014. Azalea can be a little hit or miss with how well her rap style links up with the song it's attached too, but here the double chorus (one from Azalea and one from Ora) provide her an excellent match up.

Using the black widow metaphor perfectly, the song has Ora and Azalea singing of trapping a lover, enchanting them, dominating them. We don't get to hear of how the ladies then devour their former lovers but rest assured, there is actually a song like that coming up in the list soon, if you’re into that.
