For fans of the 80s, this song is highly reminiscent of Queen’s poison pen letter song to their former manager called “Death on two legs”. This is almost a modern re-imagining with similar levels of contempt shown towards the subject but with an aggressive, almost confrontational edge and much of the contempt is hidden through subtext.
