10 Biggest WTF Moments In 2000s Rock

7. The Osbournes Go Through Changes

Oh no.

In 1972, Black Sabbath released one of their strangest songs ever. Why was it strange? Well, because it sounded normal.

Changes from their Vol. 4 album was slow, sweet, and introspective. Ozzy Osbourne even sounded like he could actually sing!

Had the band gone mad? Were they on drugs or something? Wait, this is Black Sabbath we're talking about; of course they were on drugs.

Whatever substances were being ingested back in '72 couldn't have been nearly as bad as whatever Ozzy was on in 2003, because they didn't make him release a god-awful cover version of his own song with his daughter by his side.

Ozzy and Kelly Osbourne put out an updated version of Changes just in time for Christmas, and it made us all wonder what we'd done to deserve being put on the naughty list.

To put it simply, the song is terrible. Kelly is autotuned to within an inch of her life, there's a choir added for some reason, and the whole thing just comes across as plasticky and fake.

Whoever decided to let Ozzy desecrate the legacy of one of his best ever songs should have been reported to SHARRRONNNNNN.
