A group in the same vein as Steps, the Vengaboys never released a serious song; all their hits could be on this list but that wouldn't be fair to the rest of the other 'artists'. All their videos saw the group dancing to a trance beat in really, really bright colours, and as they were formed in the Netherlands, these boys were all about partying. 

The Vengabus (yes, really) was always travelling around, usually trying to get Ibiza, where they'd be bringing the party with them. SAY CHEESE.
