10 Classic Rock Bands That Never Made A Bad Album
1. The Beatles
Regardless of what musical pedigree you have, no artist can claim to be perfect. As much as you might think your album is the greatest thing to ever come from your artistic soul, there's always going to be a certain contingency of people willing to bat it down at the drop of a hat. Then again, there probably aren't too many people on this Earth who can claim to hate everything the Beatles did.
In just under a decade, the Fab Four managed to turn the entire rock genre inside out across their career, starting from their bar band roots to becoming musical inventors towards the back half of the decade. Even though the era of moptops were great for what they were on albums like A Hard Day's Night, the natural progression of every album showed them reaching for different influences all the time, from the psychedelic bliss of something like Revolver to the kookiness of the White Album.
Even the stand alone singles were some of the best that the genre had to offer, like the head trip going on in Strawberry Fields Forever or the unbridled joy of All You Need is Love. While the Beatles might not have had that much time together all things considered, the amount they were able to accomplish in that small a timeframe is still reverberating throughout the musical landscape to this day.
