4. Rush
Canadian prog-rock/metal band Rush have been pioneers on several fronts during their long career which began in the '70's. What you may not have known is that they were contract rider pioneers in the area of alcoholic beverage demand and allocation as early as 1990. Since we're not aware of any member of Rush (officially) having a substance abuse problem where booze is concerned, what follows is truly impressive.
