Sporting an upbeat rhythm, with gritty guitars and bass, the listener can only really guess what's going on. Judging from the lyrics, it almost seems like an aquarium or fish tank is being described, given away not only by the title, but by the mentions of Sea Monkeys, and other underwater descriptions. However, it could also be seen as a naive look at a mystical underwater kingdom, which is free from the problems of the above world. Or, y'know, it could just be about Sea Monkeys.
