You can practically make an entire greatest hits playlist of Aerosmith songs that revolve around sex in some form or another. Whether it was the down and dirty blues they were getting themselves into in the '70s or the stylized sleaze they had in their '80s renaissance, it's clear that Steven Tyler definitely has a taste for the carnal side of lyric writing. While Tyler has always stood by the fact that the song is about an old blues record that he liked as a kid, it's pretty difficult to take him at his word when he stops every verse on the "TEN INCH" portion of the line before going into the rest of the chorus.
