10 Greatest Eminem Diss Tracks

7. I Remember

The Eminem-Everlast feud kicked off in perhaps the pettiest way possible, with the former House of Pain frontman taking offence when Eminem passed him en route to a show and didn't acknowledge him. In a guest verse with Dilated Peoples, Everlast took a shot at both Eminem and his daughter, Hailie, which in rap terms is a widely acknowledged death sentence.

In response, Eminem released "I Remember," a rap track in which he switches things up and adopts a blues style, singing on the majority of the song in an attempt to mock Everlast's new career as an acoustic singer.

Not only is "I Remember" a brilliant, savage diss track, it's also incredibly catchy, and offers insight into just how committed Eminem is when it comes to taking on his enemies. He insults Everlast's age, career switch-up and religious beliefs, and creates a great blues record in the process. Ouch.

Best line: "I remember back when you had The Knack/and I remember when you had your first heart attack/I was right there laughin' when I heard the news."
