10 Greatest Pop-Punk Albums Of All Time

4. The Offspring: Americana

Leaning closer to the "punk" side of the "pop-punk" spectrum, the Offspring are a band that blur the lines between punk and pop-punk more than most other bands. While most people remember them most for their 1994 song "Self Esteem", it's their 1998 album "Americana" that really made the Offspring stand out as serious contenders in the world of punk rock.

Louder, heavier and angrier than any other pop-punk album out at the time, "Americana" will go down as the classic that challenged pop-punk artists to go back to their roots of loud, angry, less melodic songs.
