10 Massive Music Acts Of 2013 Who Just Won't Last

3. Elyar Fox

Yet another heartthrob with an outstandingly stiff quiff who's addictive single "Do It All Over Again" quickly rose to being one of the most played (and overplayed) songs on the radio. As with The Vamps however, will he be a household name that's remembered in a year's time regardless of his very quick rise to fame in late December 2013? Ideally, he could squeeze out another couple number one hits with enough work and advertising, in fact he has a new single approaching release in April 2014. However no album has been announced and he's spending most of this year touring with other bands as a support act. Either this is an early indication of his fall in popularity and that he hasn't felt motivated enough yet to begin an album, or he could just be waiting for the right moment. In a way he's not dissimilar to Olly Murs in terms of style and a similar enthusiasm, but without that unique edge to his music. That, if anything, will be Elyar's eventual downfall.
