9. The Feederz - Please Steal Their Album

This band from Phoenix, AZ were led by their vocalist Frank Discussion, who enjoyed provoking the press as well as the band's fans with a variety of controversial on-stage antics, which included Ozzy Osbourne-styled animal abuse, while the audience themselves were often treated little better.

They cooked up controversy from the get-go with their first 7” EP which was entitled Jesus (1980) and included the song of the same name that depicted Christ as an overbearing sexual bully, with a chorus of 'Jesus entering from the rear, f**king you in the ass'.

Their 1984 debut album Ever Feel Like Killing Your Boss, as well as encouraging fans to steal their copy with the message 'Pay no more than $0.00' was also plastered on both sides with squares of 180 grit sandpaper; the idea being that it would destroy the covers of whatever other records you stored it next to. Their most recent single entitled What Would Hitler Do depicts Donald Trump dressed as the German Fuhrer.
