5. Method Man - "Blackout"

"I'm hot scorching but stone cold like Steve Austin,If you smell what Tical cookin', Ain't tryna see central bookin', so tell ya goon stop lookin'"

When Method Man and Redman released their debut album, Blackout, wrestling was at the height of its popularity. It was 1999 and the Attitude Era was in full swing as fans tuned in every Monday night to watch Raw is War.

As arguably the biggest breakout star of the Wu-Tang Clan, Method Man quickly captured the attention of hip-hop fans. Not only did he have a cool as ice personality that fans loved, but he also backed it up in the booth, providing perfect pop-culture related punchlines for every track he was on.

So it didn't come as a complete surprise that Steve Austin and The Rock, two of the biggest stars of the Attitude Era, were mentioned on the album's title track. If anything, it only further confirmed that Meth had his finger on the pulse of what people enjoyed during that time.

In a strange coincidence, Method Man would make a song for the WWF Aggression album and his song would be centred around 'The Great One' himself.
