3. OK Go - Here It Goes Again

If Up & Up is a glossy, big-budget masterpiece, the video for OK Go's "Here It Goes Again" ventures off in the total opposite direction - it's completely low-fi in its conception yet no less of a masterpiece.

The video, which was filmed on a consumer-grade camera in a single unbroken take, sees the band performing an elaborately choreographed dance routine on a series of treadmills.

Though simple in premise, the exactitude of the choreography and creative use of the treadmills made it one of the first music videos to become a viral sensation on the then-burgeoning YouTube platform.

Despite being parodied to death over the last 15-ish years, it's still a video which begs the viewer to stop and examine just how all of those slick moves were pulled off.
