10 Most Underrated Rock & Metal Albums Of The 2010s
1. Lonely The Brave - The Day's War
Everyone knows that a good vocalist is an integral part of a band’s style, identity and arguably success. Because of this, it almost defies belief how Lonely the Brave are not one of the biggest UK rock bands today.
Making a sizeable impact on the British underground rock scene with their debut album in 2014, titled ‘The Day’s War’, this album is a soft rock masterpiece, and is without question, the most underrated album of the entire decade.
‘The Day’s War’ is packed with emotion, personal meanings, powerful lyrics, humbling vocals and astonishing musicianship.
Lonely the Brave released their second studio album, ‘Things Will Matter’, in 2016 before lead vocalist David Jakes sadly departed the group in 2018. The band hired Jack Bennett as a replacement vocalist later that year and Lonely the Brave released their first single with Bennett on vocals in April, titled ‘Bound’.
