10 Music Videos That Should Be Movies

9. UNKLE Feat. Thom Yorke - Rabbit In Your Headlights

What Happens In The Video? A crazy man stumbles through an underground tunnel, being battered by the uncaring motorists who crash into him. He continuously gets up, bloodied but unstoppable, becoming more unhinged as the hits keep on coming. He removes his parka, continuing to march through the traffic topless. Eventually, one final car hits him, but instead of killing him the car is destroyed on impact as the man stands Christlike amidst the dust and debris of the car€™s implosion. What Would The Film Be About? For a feature film to work about this concept, you'd have to bring an audience surrogate into the story. Have a caring individual meet this person on the streets of LA or whatever metropolitan area you want to set it in and have them see something special about this crazy homeless guy. In the end, the man€™s special powers are revealed, and whichever answers the filmmakers want to provide for this rather obvious Christ parallel is up to them. Think The Soloist by way of The Green Mile. Who Should Direct? Acclaimed arthouse director Jonathan Glazer (Under The Skin, Sexy Beast) actually directed Rabbit In Your Headlights, so it stands to reason that he€™d gain the reins for a feature-length version. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nsg1y2ZrPfA
