10 Pop-Princesses Who Actually Had Something Worthwhile To Say

9. Jessie J

When Jessie J first entered the charts in 2010 with Do It Like a Dude, no one really expected her to become the international star that she is today. With two studio albums, three tours and a stint on TV show, The Voice, it seems like Jessie J is somewhat unstoppable and she certainly isn't too shy to voice her opinions. The singer openly talks about her experiences of being bullied as a result of a heart problem named Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. As she was often taking drugs to keep the problem at bay, Jessie's skin would get a green tinge as well as having sunken eyes from being ill so often, making her a prime target for the bullies who would call her an "alien" and throw things at her. As a result of her experiences Jessie wrote the hit song Who's Laughing Now; a song written for the bullies who ruined her childhood to see how successful she has now become.
