8. Alla Pugatjova - Superman (Every Night and Day)
Alla Pujatjova (also known as Alla Pugacheva) is a musical artist who is apparently celebrated as being the most successful Soviet performer. Alla has supposedly sold upwards of 150 million records... fortunately, this has not stopped her from making awful album covers for our enjoyment. This is a vinyl cover for the single Superman from Allas 1985 album Watch out. Where to even begin with this one? Superman looks like a sex offender wearing a childs halloween costume. Why would Superman ever find it necessary to ride in a Dune Buggy with a strange gypsy lady? Is he holding his cape out because he needs the wind resistance in order to take off? The only thing we know for sure is that we dont remember this particular scene from the comics/movies.
