10 Rock Artists Who Have Released A Ridiculous Number Of Albums

1. Buckethead - 435

Trying to make sense of guitarist Buckethead's discography is like trying to read ancient hieroglyphics.

Whilst on fire. And blind.

The enigmatic player recorded his first solo album Bucketheadland in 1992. Things continued as normal for a while, before descending into utter chaos.

At the centre of the madness is the Pike series, a collection of mini-albums beginning in 2011. Buckethead started releasing them on a mass scale, putting out 30 in 2013 alone.

Then there are all his live albums, which some people count and some people don't. There's also his work for other bands, such as his contributions to Guns N' Roses' Chinese Democracy.

He's also worked on film soundtracks like Last Action Hero, Mortal Kombat, and Saw 2. Oh, and he also put out seven albums under the pseudonym Death Cube K with four more on the way.

Anyone else's head hurt right now?

According to his Wikipedia page, Buckethead's studio discography is 435 albums. However, the true number may never actually be known, as he keeps releasing music faster than anyone can count it.

If it keeps him afloat and makes him happy, then good luck to him.

Maniac.
