10 Rock Stars Who Absolutely Hated The Music Business

8. Liam Gallagher - Oasis

For all of their adoring fans, there was no one who really enjoyed Oasis' music more than the Gallagher Brothers. Although their interviews may have seemed pompous back in the day, these were a bunch of kids that had the attitude that good rock and roll thrives on, looking to stomp out any band in their way and push forward no matter what. The music can do the talking for you a lot of the time, but working with the musical press is a much different beast.

Throughout their run as musical gods during the Morning Glory and Be Here Now era, Liam Gallagher was starting to get more and more agitated with how the press was treating the band as if they were watching a bunch of football hooligans, especially when it came to his private life. Even when he was trying to live a domestic life with Patsy Kensit, the paparazzi would never leave him alone, including more than a few times where Liam would either insult one of the reporters or just flip off the camera without saying a word.

Despite Oasis' star waning just a little bit in the '00s, it was the same kind of temper that brought about Oasis' demise as well, with Liam blowing up outside of that fateful gig in Paris before Noel realized he had had enough, going back to his tour bus and driving off, never to be seen again. Liam might be the ultimate rock and roller of the '90s, but you don't get to a position like that if you don't have at least a little bit of fire in you.
