8. Kelly Osbourne vs. Christina Aguilera

Firstly, Christina had refused to walk the red carpet if Kelly was present, which led Kelly to describe Christina's music as "crap" (obviously ignoring the old adage people who record songs like "Shut Up" shouldn't throw stones...). During the show a pre-recorded skit was played which showed Christina Aguilera throwing darts at a picture of Kelly Osbourne, who later came onstage to present an award and described Christina as a "really sad, sorry person". Ouch.
