10. Taylor Hawkins Was In A "Supergroup" With Alanis Morissette
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TS3oLs1JF50 The man some might consider the second best drummer in the Foo Fighters' lineup, Taylor Hawkins, honed his chops as the touring stickman for Alanis Morissette during her heyday as an alternative rock darling. This was during her Jagged Little Pill days, when her music still required someone with the technical skills of Hawkins to get the job done. And Hawkins wasn't the only alt-rock icon to be included in Morissette's Ironic-era music. Flea and Dave Navarro (both members of The Red Hot Chili Peppers at the time) played on the harder-than-your-average-Alanis track You Oughta Know. Of course, at the time, Hawkins was a total unknown while Navarro and Flea were in the midst of their prime, otherwise this could have legitimately been considered one of the best supergroups to come out of the 90s.
