4. Hidden Track 'Endless Nameless' Was Accidentally Left Off 50,000 Copies
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmtbsFW0tCw Endless, Nameless is the hidden track on Nevermind which starts several minutes after the conclusion of the hauntingly quiet and highly personal final track, Something In The Way. The song was born out of an improvised noise jam which was captured by the sound engineer who left the tape rolling after the band messed up a take of Lithuim. Once the jam was over and Cobain had smashed his guitar to smithereens, they headed home for the day. Vig set about searching for a left-handed guitar when the engineers began playing the recording back. Upon hearing their chaotic dynamic shifting jam, the band decided the recording should feature as a hidden track on the record, and Endless, Nameless was born. Upon its release on September 24, 1991, over 50,000 copies of the album didnt feature the hidden song. There was an error at the pressing plant that caused the boisterous conclusion to Nevermind to be omitted.
