10 Underrated Linkin Park Songs

9. Nobody Can Save Me - One More Light

Ever since 2017 after Chester's death, most Linkin Park fans have wanted to wash their hands of One More Light. Out of all of the classic records the band had released, this felt like a deliberate cash grab and a chance to cater to the pop friendly audience just before Chester was taken from us. If you were to read the lyrics though, Chester may have been sending us messages all along.

While not necessarily the cheeriest song on the record, Nobody Can Save Me does a good job at introducing you to this new sound that the band were going to be using while also having a little bit of the familiar to soothe you over. Granted, the backing track of this feels like it should be better suited to someone like Katy Perry or the Chainsmokers, but Chester is the only one who could really sell these words effectively.

Then again, he might not need to sell it at all at this point. Since this man was no longer going to be with us a mere months after this record was released, you can tell that he's taking all of that negative emotion in his head and trying to let it out in the music. Once those negative emotions got the better of him, this song feels more like a cry for help rather than a hit song.
