3. DevilDriver - "Trust No One" Music Video

As well as a slew of Metallica videos, Wednesday (busy day, huh?) also heralded the video for DevilDriver's "Trust No One", a single madder than a box of hornets.

The title track to the Californian five-piece's latest album, which came out this summer, "Trust No One" is an absolutely quintessential slice of melodic death metal, doing everything the sub-genre should do with ease.

"Trust No One"'s guitar riffs and pulse-pounding chorus are pure adrenaline, with the guttural vocals of frontman Dez Fafara adding an irreplaceable power that gives the song an edge as abrasive as a power saw.

Bonus points also go out to the track's primal bridge, perfectly engineered for any headbanging you may wish to partake in at home.

The video's live footage of DevilDriver's set at September's Ozzfest Meets Knotfest is only the cherry on top, with the sheer anarchy of the live crowd getting the blood of any viewer pumping, becoming immediately envious of those in that intense-looking pit.
