https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qFF2v8VsaA What do you do when you're the only member left in your band? Well, if you're Brendon Urie, you start churning out some of the most interesting music your band has released in years, complete with an incredibly memorable music video. Emperor's New Clothes is the third single from Panic! At The Disco's fifth studio album Death Of A Bachelor, and not only is it one of the band's best songs in ages, it's also one of their greatest ever videos. It begins by referencing a few of the band's previous songs and videos, presumably representing the transition from whenever the band's sole member wasn't literally Urie to this new, exciting era. After that it's straight into darkness (much like that Star Trek film) as we witness Brendon transform into a demonic beast, decked out with horns and fangs. The video contains a mix of stop motion animation, jump cuts and swift time lapse to create a wholly unique aesthetic. Not only that, but there are singing skulls, too and that's never not awesome.
