Duran Duran were probably the best band of the 1980s who managed to make a big impact with the track Girls on Film and the attendant saucy video. In the video, a pastel clad Duran Duran are playing the song whilst a number of sexy scenarios are played out in a boxing/wrestling ring. There is a pair of lingerie clad models who have a pillow fight. There is a female sumo wrestler who knocks out a male sumo wrestler. There is mud wrestling between two virtually naked women. A woman rides a human pony and gives him a good rub down. A massage therapist leaves a client very happy and a woman swimming in a paddling pool needs TLC from the life guard. The video is classy and stylishly shot. It isn't sleazy - even when there is an iced up nipple shot. The women in the video seem to be empowered by their sexy capers - it's like feminist porn.
