11. Nas - Hate Me Now

Is it blasphemous to dress up as Jesus, replete with a crown of thorns and a huge wooden crucifix, and walk through a studio-generated image of Jerusalem to your own crucifixion? Probably. Not that it stopped Nas from building an entire music video around the concept. Not only is Nas basically comparing himself to God (which never goes down awfully well with the Christians... Especially in the more fundamentalist and still-racist Deep South), he's also exploiting images of the Lord's death through his video.
