At some points of Scared To Live, you might hear “I hope you don’t mind” faded in the background. This is sung to the same tune as the same lines are sung by Elton John in Your Song.
Not much of a sample, but still there. This is one example where the original is currently more popular than the song that sampled it. If this is to remain the case, only time will tell.
